Pool Information & Rules
​Dates:       2023 Dates June 9th through Labor Day
Hours:      11:00am - 7:00pm
Staffing:   CPR certified pool attendant on property during all pool hours
Access:     The pool is for the exclusive use of Breakwaters guests
There is no lifeguard on duty.  In case of emergency please use the emergency phone which is located in a red box at the back of the pool   Open the box, pick up the receiver and dial 911. During pool hours there will be at least one employee on the property who is CPR certified.

All pool rules must be followed.  Those in violation may be asked to vacate the pool area by a staff member. (pool rules are also posted at the pool)

POOL RULES
  1. All bathers are required to take a cleansing shower before entering the pool. Shower located on right after entering pool area.
  2. No bather shall wear a swimsuit that is unclean.
  3. No person suffering from a fever, cough, cold, inflammation of the eyes, nasal or ear discharge, or any communicable disease shall be allowed in the pool.
  4. No person with sores or evidence of skin disease, or who is wearing a bandage or medical covering of any kind, shall be allowed in the pool.
  5. No person may spit, urinate, blow nose, deposit foreign matter,  or contaminate in any other way, the pool, it’s walkways, the floor of the pool, and the pool area 
  6. No glass or other crockery materials with the exception of shatterproof light shields shall be permitted in the pool, in the pool area, or within 8 feet of the pool.
  7. No person shall bring into the pool area or throw into the pool any object that may in any way carry contamination or endanger the safety of others.
  8. NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA WITHOUT A RESPONSIBLE ADULT. ADULT MUST ACTIVELY SUPERVISE THEIR CHILD AT ALL TIMES. 
  9. Swim diapers are required for all  children who are not toilet trained.
  10. No food or drinks of any kind are allowed in pool area except water in plastic or metal containers.
  11. No smoking of any kind (including e-cigs, vape etc) is allowed in pool area.
  12. No alcohol, drugs, or mind altering substances of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
  13. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be prohibited from entering the pool and may be asked to leave the pool area.
  14. Unsupervised solo bathing is strictly prohibited.
  15. No diving is permitted.
  16. All animals( with the exception of service animals for the handicapped), shall be prohibited from entering the pool area. Note: Service animals require documentation to be submitted in advance.
  17. Use of pool during an electrical storm is prohibited.
  18. Pool is for the use of owners and tenants only.  Guests are not allowed unless total number does not exceed the maximum allowed in the unit as should be noted on their lease.
  19. No sun umbrellas are allowed in the pool area.  ​
